Terms and Conditions


Booking Terms & Conditions

CAN Travels Pvt. Ltd offers all the tour, travel and trekking packages listed in the website as well as over the Phone (WhatsApp) or email. All the trips are designed by CAN Tours and is completely responsible for its operation. Followings are the Terms and Conditions that we apply to operate these trips:

Trip Booking

We recommend you to confirm booking in advance prior of your arrival in Nepal. Pre-booked trips are kept on high priority and it allows us enough time to make all necessary arrangements for the trip.


Trip Payment

You need to pay at least 30% of the total contracted price in advance to secure your trip with CAN Travels. You can pay the remaining due upon your arrival in Nepal or the day before the departure of your trip from Kathmandu.


Payment Mode

Trip Payment is easy and convenient with CAN Travels. You can pay via wire transfer, credit cards (4% additional bank service charge) or by cash for the trip cost.


Trips & Assumption of Risks

Passport, Visa and Insurance

We strongly suggest our client to carry valid passport with at least 6 months of validity date. We also recommend you for full health insurance before going for any kinds of trip or travel in Nepal.


Assumption of Risk

It is important to understand that during the course of the trip, certain risk and dangers may occur including the hazards of traveling in mountain terrain due to remote place without medicinal facilities and environmental forces. Travelers should assume all the risks associated with the trip including death, illness, personal injury or delay of travelers will not be liable to the company, its outfitter, staff members or any kind of tour group associated or non-associated with company.


Risk Acceptance

Travelers should accept that all the risks and accidental losses in course of the trip are liable to them.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by CAN Travels

In case, CAN Travels cancels the trip, we will notify you as earliest as we can and refund your 100 % trip deposit you have made. Be noted- there’s no compensation policy for such case.


Cancellation by Client

In case, clients cancel the trip, there are certain cancellation policy that you must follow:

·        Cancellation made one month prior the trip- 10% of total amount for trip is non-refundable

·        Cancellation made 21 days prior the trip- 20% of total amount for trip is non-refundable

·        Cancellation made 9 days prior the trip- 25% of total amount for trip is non-refundable

·        Cancellation made 7 days prior the trip- 30% of total amount for the trip is non-refundable

·        Cancellation made 24 Hours prior the trip- 100% of total amount for the trip is non-refundable


Booking Changes

We are always happy to change the booking you have already made without any additional charge except for the changes of date and time at hotel and air-flights. The change for date and time at hotel and flights costs some extra-charge depending upon their terms and conditions.


Late Booking:

CAN Travels accepts the last-minute booking for every kinds of trip package that we have listed. Be noted- Pre-booked tour packages are always on high priority.


Emergency Evacuation and Rescue Service

In case of Emergency, Travelers must pay for evacuation and rescue service. But we can make arrangement for your evacuation and rescue. The helicopter costs around USD 1,980 to USD 2,250. If you are insured prior the trip, insurance company is liable to pay for you rescue charge.
